Farhill writes that in 'obedience to her Majesty's commands', he has taken the Liberty to send via Hamilton, the 'enclosed comments on 'The Ten Commandments'. They were written by a clergyman who 'dedicates his time [...] to the Instruction of The lower orders of mankind'. He has set up a school in his Parish which he heads and the publication is written for the school children's benefit.<\/p>"
