The Prince of Wales is ill and seems to have 'dropsical symptoms'. Also news from the continent is 'terrible' and Herries feels for the Duke and Duchess of Brunswick. England 'should seem their natural refuge presents a sad bar for the state of things between their Daughter & the Prince'. Herries agrees with Hamilton that she has been 'heedless' but 'not criminal -- else it would have been published long ago'.<\/p><p style='text-align: justify;'>Dated at Cheltenham.<\/p>"
