He writes that his son William will be fourteen in October and if he had chosen a career at sea (as he once showed an interest in) he would have been \u2018packed off to do so next winter\u2019. William has expressed an interest in India and has been offered a place there. He will continue his education with Mr Dundas for another two or three years. Napier writes that he is to go to Newcastle to collect the \u2018vagabond\u2019 and bring him home.<\/p><p style='text-align: justify;'>Dated at Albans Street.<\/p>"
