The painted decoration of this ketubah is identical on both sides and completely symmetrical. Within the text panel is a blue with orange flower in the left and right upper corner. Outside the panel on both sides at the top is a golden coloured lion head holding a bow and branches in its mouth. At the bottom is a golden coloured vase with two bulls, the vase contains colourful flowers growing high, nearly reaching the lion\u2019s head at the top. Below the text panel between the two vases is a separate panel with a red painted label with a golden frame, the label has no writing on it. It is surrounded by a garland of yellow and purple flowers with green leaves; orange branches grow from the corners of the panel. Above the text panel on top of the ketubah is a golden crown with a pink interior, below it two blue coloured lozenges with pink frames surrounded by a pattern of orange stems with red leaves and blue flowers. On each side sits a brown stag. Below a blessing in Aramaic in large blank characters.
