Within the decorative arches, there are biblical verses of Proverbs 31:10-11 (above the contract), and Proverbs 18:22 and 19:14 (above the clauses). <\/p>

The columns of the have both decorated bases and capitals, and filled with with micrography shaped like small overlapping circles. The archways of the gates also contain micrography. Above the text columns, a pair of birds holding a garland. The two gates are connected with a smaller arch with a bird on top spreading its wings. At the top of the ketubah in the centre, is a large ornamental vase in pastel colours decorated with a net pattern. On both sides of the vase is a circle with geometrical shapes and three birds holding palm branches in their beaks. Above the vase is another circle with geometrical motifs.
