The Mary Hamilton Papers

Letter from Rev. John Burrows to Mary Hamilton. He writes that there is ‘an unlucky Star that presides over my most favourite Schemes’ and that he has been ill with a fever and sore throat and has been confined to his house for a number of days. His fever is now gone but not his sore throat and Burrows laments that he is not able ‘to profit by your most obliging favor’.
