She notes that the Corporation has petitioned Parliament for the sum of fifty thousand pounds ‘for making the road from the upper town to the pump rooms of Bath’.</p><p style='text-align: justify;'>The letter continues with news of the Rundell family, specifically Mrs Rundell’s health.</p><p style='text-align: justify;'>Dated at Bath.</p>
