Letter from Charlotte Finch to Mary Hamilton. She thanks Hamilton for her entertaining letters and hopes that she is happy that Princess Elizabeth has recovered. She sends her duty to all in the Queen's House and hopes that she will be able to do so herself soon although her progress is slow. Finch is delighted in Mrs Montagu's 'acquisition of Mr & Mrs Smelt' and hopes to partake of it herself as she thinks of them highly. The letter ends with Finch noting that the Chaise is at her door waiting for her.
Dated at Harleyford.
