<p style='text-align: justify;'>Letter from Lady Catherine Herries (née Foote) to Mary Hamilton. Herries informs Hamilton that she is currently in Bath, where she intends to stay for about two months if she finds that 'ye waters agree as formerly they did'. Herries continues writing that she has not yet begun the waters, that Sir Robert is with her and intends to try the waters himself, and that she wishes Hamilton was also visiting Bath. She asks Hamilton to write her a line, adding that Bath will be an adequate address to find her.</p><p style='text-align: justify;'>Dated at Bath.</p><p style='text-align: justify;'>This letter was formerly catalogued together with HAM/1/17/210/2 as HAM/1/17/210.</p>
