<p style='text-align: justify;'>Letter from Francis Napier, 8th Lord Napier, to Mary Hamilton, announcing the death of Sir William Hamilton. Napier sent Hamilton's letter to Lady Hamilton on her behalf via his servant. The servant has just returned with an account of Sir William's death. He died at a quarter past ten this morning. As Napier knows that Hamilton loved her uncle he ‘regrets the feelings you will experience’.</p><p style='text-align: justify;'>Dated at St James's Street [London].</p>
