He writes that he has been detained in town for a week longer than he intended but he has told Lord Liverpool that he would leave on Monday. He notes that his servant's parents live within three miles of St Albans so he intends to stay there one night to enable his servant the ‘opportunity of fulfilling his filial Duties’.</p><p style='text-align: justify;'>Dated at St James's Street [London].</p>
