Golden Mummies

<p style='text-align: justify;'>Wooden writing-board, with traces of the wax surface preserved on one side. A pointed pen could be used to write Greek, Latin, or Coptic words in the wax. Melting the wax 'erased' the writing, so that the writing-board could be used again, perhaps for school exercises.</p>
