<p style='text-align: justify;'> Letter from John Riland, curate of Yoxall, Staffordshire, to Mary Anne Rawson declining to contribute to The Bow in the Cloud. He had published on anti-slavery before, including his influential Memoirs of a West Indies Planter. An interesting letter talking about his issues with the 'evangelical class' and Reform Church and the seriousness of some abolitionists. </p>
