<p style='text-align: justify;'> Copy [in an unknown hand] of the case and opinions of Mr. Littledale, Mr. Williams, Mr. Serjeant Cross in the aftermath of Peterloo, and the necessity of adopting some regulations relative to the right of public meetings in various parts in England. Under such regulations, they may be held without injury to the constitution. Prior to a meeting to take place in Manchester on the 1st November 1819 a copy of the requisition was sent to the Boroughgreeves and Constables of Manchester. Dated Manchester, October 14th, 1819.</p>
