<p style='text-align: justify;'> Document entitled 'Committee of Magistrates' relating to an affidavit (English MS 1197/79) filed and sworn by the radical lawyers Mr. Harmer and Mr. Denison, in which the coroner was accused of consulting with the Magistrates during the course of the proceedings. Mr Serjeant Cross, acting on behalf of the Magistrates, filed another affidavit to advise the coroner on how he should proceed. Dated Lincoln's Inn, 18th November 1819.</p>
