The legal materials, on Jewish divorce law, seem to have no special connection with the Hasidic discourses. </p><p>This manuscript is from the collection Hayyim Jacob ben Samuel Rashal Velizh. Radats was the head of the Jewish court of Chernihiv (= Chernigov), Ukraine, and the author of the second part herein on Jewish divorce law. </p></p>
