<p style='text-align: justify;'>Draft of a letter in Hebrew and the completed letter in Samaritan typescript from Moses Gaster the Abīshaʿ ben Pinḥas ha-Kohen ha-Leṿi. In his letter M. Gaster thanks Abīshaʿfor a letter he found awaiting him on his return from the country. He condoles with Abīshaʿ on the afflictions suffered by his people in the Holy Land and also by the Jews. He sends one pound English money as payment for work done.</p>
