Pali Manuscripts : Nettipakaraṇa

Pali Manuscripts

The Nettipakaraṇa (which belongs to the Khuddaka Nikāya of the Pali Canon) offers the appropriate methodology for the use, application and interpretation of the Tripiṭaka. The text is a guide for those who wish to commentate or discourse without resorting to self-constructed personifications or personalisation of Buddha’s teachings which are themselves intrinsically untouched by the trappings of ‘self’ or ‘individualism’. ‘Nettipakaraṇa’ translates to ‘guidetreatise’ and is thus simply referred to as “The Guide”. The complete text carefully copied in Sinhalese characters on paper.
