The Paṭṭhānappakaraṇa, incomplete. Part of an ola leaf manuscript in Sinhalese characters, perhaps by two or more copyists. The first few leaves seem to contain the Dhātukathā in its entirety.

    The first few leaves seem to contain the Dhātukathā in its entirety or in part and what remains of the manuscripts. Opens with the opening words of Dhātukathā (mātikā saṅgaho ...) and ends with the conclusion of Dukapaṭṭhāna corresponding to the end of p. 1036 in Kiriällē Ñāṇavimala Thera's edition (Colombo, 1954).

  • Extent: 136 leaves Leaf height: 61 mm, width: 630 mm.
  • Foliation:

    There are 136 leaves remaining, i.e. from tāṃ to mū

  • Layout: 9 written lines
  • Script:

    In Sinhalese script. Handwriting not uniform, but clear and legible.

  • Binding:

    Wood covers (later additions) Binding height: 70 mm, width: 644 mm, depth: 68 mm.

  • Origin: Copied in Sri Lanka?. Undated (probably 19th century).
  • Provenance:

    No further provenance information is provided.

  • Acquisition: Presented in 1915 by T.W. Rhys Davids.
