Covers parts of Broughton, Salford, Cheetwood, Strangeways, Hulme, Chorlton Row and River Irwell and shows township and district boundaries. </p><p style='text-align: justify;'>There is an inset of "A Plan of Manchester & Salford taken about 1650". Note at bottom of inset states: "Drawn from a plan in the possession of Will.m Yates Esq. by Jno. Palmer, architect, 1822". There are two vignettes views, one taken from the Royal Hotel, the other of Manchester from Ordsall. </p><p style='text-align: justify;'>Arms of Manchester; Seal of Salford Hundred; Seal of Christ's College and Cheetham Arms are present on the map.</p>
