<p style='text-align: justify;'> A poem by Percy Bysshe Shelley, with a preface by Leigh Hunt. Shelley wrote this powerful poem in response to the Peterloo Massacre. He praises the non-violent stance of the Manchester protesters when faced with state aggression. It did not appear in print during his life time. </p>
