<p style='text-align: justify;'> Manchester Observer, Saturday, June 23, 1821, volume 4, issue 24. A newspaper formed by a group of radicals that included Joseph Johnson, John Knight, John Saxton and James Wroe; published in Manchester. That month, the Manchester Observer ceased publication. It was revived in August, the same year, with the help of T.J. Wooler and became associated with (but not merged into) his exsiting London paper Wooler's British Gazette. </p>
