<p style='text-align: justify;'> Two women carrying a large tray of [cakes] into a cart. The cart has a sign stating: J. Lyons & Co. Ltd. Universal Caterers. J. Lyons was founded in 1886 as a catering business. In 1894 it was incorporated into a public company and established its head office and food factories at Cadby Hall in Hammersmith. It was one of the largest food factories in the UK. </p>
