Women in wartime

Six women dressed in uniform sit and stand around the front of a vehicle. The vehicle has a large white circle painted on its side with a cross in the middle. The A.S.C. (Army Service Corps.) supplied food, equipment, ammunition, horses and vehicles to the military. In 1918 it had become the Royal Army Service Corps, latterly known as the Royal Logistics Corps.
